George M. Rogers Insurance Agency is located just outside of Worcester Massachusetts in the town of Boylston. Founded in 1952, we are one of the oldest and most reputable insurance agencies in central Massachusetts. You might imagine that after 50-plus years in the insurance business, we've served the needs of countless families and business and the many generations that come along with them.

Who is the Insurance Goddess? Marianne Rogers has over 30 years in the insurance business. She and her staff are dedicated to providing the not only first-rate customer service, but they take the time to make sure each and every customer has the best coverage available to them.

Marianne has seen it all when it comes to homeowners, auto and commercial insurance. Her expertise and advice has been a welcome addition to many generations of clients and she takes the time to research and layout all the options when it comes to insurance coverage.

History

G.M. Rogers Insurance is one of the oldest and most established insurance agencies in greater Worcester and MetroWest.   Bud (George M.) Rogers founded G.M. Rogers Insurance in 1952 at his home in Boylston, where the business still operates. The house and office grew with the business, first by adding to one side of the house and then the other. Bud's daughter, Marianne, joined the business in the early 1970s, and in 1980, both Bud and Marianne received the coveted CPCU (Charter Property and Casualty Underwriter) designation.  

Bud was known to be the kind of businessman who would walk down Main Street, saying hello to everyone he knew and asking everyone, "Who needs insurance?" He marketed his business through personal interaction and a rock-solid reputation. Bud was a master at building relationships with his customers and worked tirelessly to never let them down. You never heard the phone ring more than twice in the office. That was the rule in the office. Customers always came first.

Bud retired in 1995, while Marianne continues to run the agency with the same philosophy as her dad (friendly service and dependable protection) with the help of her friendly crackerjack staff, Brenda and Kathy, and of course her two Westies Esme and Nigel.

G.M. Rogers Insurance has been active in the greater Worcester community for more than 50 years and has supported many worthwhile local causes and charities.
